1. Orders & Payments

• Orders for products can be made online via our website or by contacting us directly at sales@silverstarfishtrading.co.za
• Full payment is required to confirm your order.
• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways that comply with Mastercard and other card association rules.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and that you have sufficient funds.
• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Orders in Parys qualify for free delivery 

2. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

• If you need to cancel your order, please notify us in writing at sales@silverstarfishtrading.co.za within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Refunds for eligible returns (subject to our money-back guarantee, where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to bank processing times.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Contact us at sales@silverstarfishtrading.co.za to arrange returns.
• Silver Starfish reserves the right to refuse returns if products are damaged or used, except where faulty or damaged on arrival with proof of photo sent immediately upon receipt.
• We may cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case you will be offered a full refund.

5. Delivery

• Free delivery in Parys.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service availability.
• Silver Starfish is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Liability

• Silver Starfish and its employees will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from:
  • Failure to follow product instructions,
  • Improper storage or use of products,
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under South African consumer protection laws.

• Silver Starfish complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
• We collect, use, and store your personal information solely for the purposes of processing orders, delivering products, and communicating with you.
